Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sperry footwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items: Sandals/Slippers (for hygiene reasons, unless defective) and any items marked “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
    • Product name, size, and color
    • Reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Montreal facility at your expense:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and writing your RMA number on the package exterior.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

International Returns: Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return. Please mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos if you receive a damaged or defective item. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
