Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sandals/Slippers (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Any items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Montreal facility at your expense (see address below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Note: For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays.
International Returns
For customers outside Canada:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- We cannot refund the original shipping costs for international orders
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Upon verification, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
